This is an A3 commissioned piece I have illustrated for Head Pastry Chef
and Baker at Home Sweet Home and Almost Famous, Manchester.
I used photographs from Charlotte's instagram (@bakeorama_) to bring her magical cakes to life, in illustrated form. The photographs of the cakes themselves look like mini pieces of artwork, so I took this concept and created my own visual interpretation of them.
This was an original A3 piece of artwork, including 6 separate illustrations.
It was soooo good to get back to spending time on a coloured, original piece of artwork... It's been a long while since I've done something like this and I really enjoyed it, and very happy with the final piece.
